Cozy 3 bedroom with lake views, Tahoe Heavenly Villa (SL385)

Tahoe Heavenly Villa is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 9, located in a quiet neighborhood, with views of the lake and just 5 minutes away from the Heavenly slopes and 2 minutes from the Casino life, it makes it's location ideal for visitors seeking adventure and relaxation if so desired. If you are looking for a fun day of skiing and nature activities, returning to a warm and charming home where a roaring fireplace awaits after a full day of skiing is just what the doctor ordered just before you hit the casinos and enjoy the local dining and evening entertainment. This property offers the chance to really get away from it all. ~~Living room with fireplace overlooking the forest and with lake views , Flat screen Tv with cable.~~Dining room overlooking the forest and lake views.

This is a one level home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, full bathroom and lake view. Bedroom 2 has two queens, full bathroom and a TV. Bedroom 3 has a bunk-bed with a full on bottom and twin on top. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway.

Occupancy Rules:

*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.

*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 9 in beds.

*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.

*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.

*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

  The house is kept up very nicely. We had everything we needed. It is a very quiet neighborhood that has a great overlook on the deck. Property description was excellent. Very clean property with plenty of linens supplied. Property manager was available to answer any questions we had. This place is a great find if you are coming to the Lake Tahoe area.   The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. It was very spacious, had a large deck over looking the lake and was very well stocked with kitchen items, linens, etc. The hot tub was amazing to have after a long day at the lake. The house was conveniently located with just a quick drive to shopping and lake access. We will definitely be back!

    To any potential renter reading this... this renter had a very hard time navigating the snow in the town and neighborhoods. They came up to Tahoe in the winter and were not prepared at all for driving in ice and snow conditions. They did not have chains for their 2 wheel drive car and could get around at all.

  This house worked out great for our group of 9. The location is convenient to Heavenly Village as well as several hikes/vistas in the South Lake Tahoe area. The view from the house was a plus. The common area was much larger than we expected, which made it very comfortable for breakfasts/dinners and evening hang outs. The property management company was always available (even over a holiday weekend) to help with any issues. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Lake Tahoe.

  The view from the deck is amazing. Waking up every morning, drinking my coffee from the deck, and looking at the lake was great. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Stateline is only a few mins away and arranging transportation (uber, lyft, taxi, etc) was very easy to and from this house.

  We stayed in this cabin for our mini vacation. Loved every minute of it. After a flight to Reno, Traffic was horrible getting up to Tahoe on Friday for the holiday weekend, getting to the house late... but the cabin was so welcoming! The heat was on, a few lights were on for us, and we were given a code to the door, it was so easy. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and the beds were comfortable. The bunk bed room was great for the kids. If we make it back to Tahoe we would love to stay here again.

  I stayed at this cabin with 8 friends for the Fourth of July weekend. The cabin was in great condition and came stocked with dishes, tissues, soaps and was decorated very nicely. The location is extremely close to zephyr cove and the casinos and the neighbors are very friendly. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it for anyone looking in tahoe.

  We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The view is great and all the bedrooms are fairly spacious with 2 bedrooms having an on-suite bath. The hot tube was in great working condition, which is something I usually have had problems with in other rentals. The neighborhood was very quiet.

  We come to Tahoe all the time and rent houses as we have a big family. This is our first time renting from World Class and the experience was great. The other companies make you go to the office to pick up keys, and after divining that long then having to make multiple stops is a hassle. World Class is definitely up the times, they have electronic locks on the doors. That makes one stop at the store then strait to the house! So much better when traveling with kids! The house was great also, clean, loved the Tahoe feel, beds are great, nice view, very cozy. I will be renting from World Class from now on, so much better than our past renting experiences.

  The view of the lake was very nice. We would have coffee on the deck and enjoy the great view. The home is set up so nice it really felt cozy and warm. Home was very clean, the manager Jeren was very nice and gave us a late check out. There were no keys to pick up and that made it much nicer to just go straight to the home. It was a great vacation and we will be back.
