The Home
This modern yet cozy Tahoe home is designed for comfort and relaxation. The bright living area creates the perfect space to unwind after a day outdoors, while the comfortable bedrooms provide a restful retreat for a great night’s sleep.
This home has two levels. First floor hosts 2 living rooms, bedroom 1 with a twin over twin bunk bed and twin trundle, bedroom 2 has a queen bed. These bedrooms have a jack and jill style shared full bathroom. This floor also has the kitchen, dining room, laundry room and a 1/2 bath. The second floor has the main bedroom 3 with a king bed, TV and a private bathroom featuring a jetted tub and stand up shower. The main living room also has a pull out sofa sleeper if you need to split up sleeping arrangements.

*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
