Step inside and you’ll immediately feel at home. The main floor features a warm and inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. Enjoy gathering in the spacious dining area, cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwinding in the additional den/sitting area. Convenience is key with a mudroom (including a half bath), garage access, and an additional powder room off the living room.

Head to the backyard oasis, where you’ll find a BBQ and direct access to incredible mountain biking and walking trails. A charming creek runs through the property, creating a peaceful, nature-filled setting that truly sets this home apart.

Upstairs, the home comfortably sleeps your group across five thoughtfully appointed bedrooms:

NO BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES or any kind of parties at all!
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

    We absolutely loved this house! It was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated two families with room to spare. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, plus a pantry that was perfect for storing dry goods. The location couldn’t have been better — close to downtown, Heavenly, and the lake. It offered the perfect balance of a relaxing getaway while still feeling like home. An amazing trail is just steps from the front door, and the sunset views are a must-see!

    We had a big group of 10 to celebrate a 50th birthday and this home was more than expected. We are big time chefs and found the kitchen to be exceptional for all of our culinary creations! The big table fit us perfectly and the accommodations were impeccable and clean. All the beds were comfortable and everyone mentioned how peaceful their sleep was. We were 10 minutes to the casinos, shopping and golf! With a full house we felt like we were not on top of each other and had space to find quiet time for reading and spending time on the patio amongst the aspens and pines. This property did not disappoint. We didn't have time to check out the hiking trails behind the property so that will be on the list for next visit!
