❄️ Winter Travel Note
This home is located above 7,000 ft—snow is common in winter. Please come prepared for winter driving conditions (AWD/4WD recommended).

NO BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES or any kind of parties at all!
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

    The home was beautiful. Had a little trouble with the dishwasher and the code to the garage did not work. Also, you need to be careful when entering the front door as just to the right is a step down to the dining room, so if your hands are full and you cant look down, walk straight ahead and then turn right down the hallway to the bedrooms, do not try and cut across.
    The location was ideal as we wanted to go into South Lake Tahoe and it was only an easy 4 minute drive.
    Home was very clean.

    The house is beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the lake, restaurants, everything South Lake Tahoe. We were with three of our four adult children, their spouses and two grandchildren...didn't feet cramped even with that many of us. Very, very happy to have found this gem.

    We all loved the house! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Entire home decked out with quality furniture and fixtures. We used the well equipped kitchen extensively. The backyard was fun to kick back in with comfortable furniture. The hot tub was clean , hot and worked perfectly (not my usual experience at rentals). The barbecue grill was new and worked perfectly as well. If I’d had more time, I would have wanted to use the Green Egg.
