Step into the enchanting world of our rustic and charming 1935 original Lake Tahoe cabin, where history meets modern comfort! Just a leisurely stroll away from the pristine Elks Point beach, this charming retreat invites families to bask in the sun and create unforgettable memories together.
Picture yourself sipping coffee with a filtered lake view, enjoying seamless connectivity with wifi, and firing up the BBQ for delightful family feasts and relaxing in the hot tub. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's ample room for everyone to unwind and revel in the beauty of nature. Embrace an authentic getaway where WCPM's personalized service and local expertise ensure your stay is not just relaxing but truly memorable!
The Elks Point beach is right in front of this cabin. Grab your beach gear and stroll for a short walk to the beach. Close enough to go back and forth all day.
As you enter from the ground floor into the kitchen that is original with modern touches like a gas stove and a new refrigerator.
Bedroom 1 is on the first floor and has a queen bed. You will also find a full shared bathroom, the living room that overlooks an amazing view of the lake through the trees. There is a washer and dryer for renters to use in the prep-kitchen area.
Bedroom 2 is upstairs and has two twin beds and a full, perfect for the kids.
Bedroom 3 is a small one with a twin bed.
Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and a queen.
There is also a full shared bathroom upstairs.

This house does NOT have a working fireplace. (we are working on upgrading)
There is NO AC.
No pets at all, no smoking, no fires!

NO BACHELOR/ BACHELORETTE PARTIES or any kind of parties at all!
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
