Nestled in the scenic Lake Tahoe area, this exquisite three-level house boasts a grand entryway. The first level features a spacious bedroom equipped with a king-size bed, a television, and a cozy fireplace, complemented by a private full bathroom that includes a tub/shower. There is a laundry/ storage room on this floor also offers a *king bed and a washer dryer. *Per the fire department this is not a bedroom. A full shared bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Ascending to the second level, the heart of the home reveals an expansive kitchen and dining area that seamlessly connects to a lively pool table and bar. This level also includes two comfortable living rooms, each with its own fireplace, providing the perfect ambiance for cozy gatherings. Guests can easily access the backyard from this level, where a hot tub awaits, promising an exceptional vacation experience for families. The third level showcases a well-appointed layout featuring Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 each offer king beds. A full shared bathroom on this floor is equipped with a soaking tub and a separate shower, ensuring ample facilities for all guests. The grand master 5th bedroom, a true sanctuary, includes a king bed, a television, a fireplace, and a private bathroom with a shower. This thoughtfully designed home emphasizes spaciousness to ensure a memorable stay for every guest.
1st floor: 1- King, private bathroom. Laundry/ storage room on the first floor by the front door, has a king but is not a bedroom per the fire department. Shared full bathroom in hallway.
2nd floor: Full shared bathroom.
3rd floor: 2- Queen. 3 and 4- King. 5- King, private bathroom.

Occupancy Rules:
We do not allow parties of any kind at this house. We are very strict with noise, and it is monitored 24/7.
There is no smoking at or on this property at all.
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and fined $2500.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
