*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Great 3 bedroom ranch style home to rent all year round. The kitchen is spacious and is open to the living room and dining area, and has sliding doors that open to the back yard. Entering the house, the first bedroom off the hallway is a twin bedroom with a sliding glass door that leads to the back yard. Right next door is the 2nd room, the king room. There is a wall mounted tv with cable and streaming. Across from both bedrooms, on the other side of the hallway is the 1st full bathroom. As you continue down to the end of the hallway, is where you will find the 3rd bedroom. This master bedroom also has a wall mounted tv with cable and streaming, a slider to the back yard and a beautiful bathroom. The 2nd bathroom that is locate in the master suite has a stand in shower as well as a detached jetted tub and his/her separate sinks. The living room has a gas powered fireplace off set from the wall mounted TV which also has cable/streaming. The Laundry is set up in the hallway that connects to the two car garage. Having a garage in Lake Tahoe is very convenient when it comes to winter season. You are also in a neighborhood that has access to the private beach in Skyland. The kitchen is spacious and is open to the living room and dining area, and has sliding doors that open to the back yard.

  Very very nice property!! Probably the cleanest I have ever rented. We ate out and did not cook, but it appeared to have everything needed to cook. There were dominos that we played one night. Over all, an excellent choice for a quite stay with a nice walk to view the sunset on the beach.
