*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

You will fee right at home in this cozy 3 bedroom condo in Lake Village. The condo is very close to down town where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. You are also very close to the beaches on the Nevada side of the Lake, like Nevada Beach, Round Hill Pines and Zephyr Cove.
You will have access to the clubhouse where the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and more are located. Our company does not own or operate any of the amenities or anything to do with the Clubhouse; closures, out of order, or anything of the sort are out of our control.

On the entry level you will find Bedroom 1 with a bunk (twin/full) and a twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The entry way has a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs is the kitchen, Livingroom with a cozy wood burning fireplace, access to the deck, and bedroom 3 with a king and a private bathroom.

    Good location, very short drive to downtown and many beaches. Clean and stacked with essentials as mentioned on the listing. Plenty of pillows,towels,linens. Guest parking is alongside the assigned parking. Easy check in and check out, no need to strip the bed. The temperature upstair is warmer so we had to open the windows. There's a swimming pool that we didn't have time to enjoy. The lady at the clubhouse was nice and helpful.

    This was a great place to stay. Just a few minutes from town, kitchen well stocked with pots pans etc. Very clean! Master bedroom bed was comfortable.
