Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Nestled in the heart of Lake Tahoe, this charming 4-bedroom retreat is your perfect year-round escape! This house does NOT have a fireplace.

All 4 bedrooms have a king bed. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and one of them has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and one of them has an ensuite bathroom.

The house is pet friendly for one pet only. The back yard is NOT fully fenced in. Please do not leave your fur baby unattended and please pick up after them.
There is NO a/c or hot tub. There is also no access to the garage.

    This was absolutely the perfect place for our family to stay at beautiful South Lake Tahoe. Proximity to trails, bike paths, downtown and the beautiful lake made it easy to stay busy outdoors, if that was what you were looking to do, and we did our fair share.
    The house was adequately equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our use of entertainment and the kitchen. The bedrooms and amenities were exactly as presented and made us feel at home rather than than in a rental.
    The ease of access and departure allowed us to have a stress free getaway from the everyday grinds of life.
    We’ll be back soon.

    We were a family with 5 children stayed 3 nights at this unit during a blizzard that shut down most of the ski mountains for at least one day.

    This unit was clean, warm and comfortable place for our family to enjoy a few days of vacation together and celebrate a birthday at one of the Stateline restaurants.

    The unit was warm, well equipped kitchen, good internet, a large backyard where the kiddos could engage in snow play and build a snow man since we did not make it out to the ski slopes this trip.

    The property management has a daily snow service that clears the driveway, manual tools available to keep the path shoveled and accessible.

    A super convenient location in Stateline pretty close to the bottom of Kingsbury Grade, made it easier to do supply runs in the snow. We enjoyed every day of our stay and would stay again at this property
