Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) at any time at the house.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.


This unit has AC, and central heating. Please note there is no fireplace in this unit.

There is a daily fee to access Tahoe Beach Club pool and hot tub area, gym, beach and kids zone. You may make dinner reservations without a daily usage fee. Per person daily fee is up to the Tahoe Beach Club and ranges depending on time of year from $50 per person per day and up. Pricing for the daily usage fee is charged by the Tahoe Beach Club.

Residence 207 is a 1,877 sf. luxury 2 bedroom 3 bath condominium, with an additional flex room. Located in a gated community overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe.
This gated community has underground parking with Tesla charging stations,, and secured storage for your beach or mountain equipment.
The Tahoe Beach Club luxury condo residence is a brand-new exclusive member only location featuring a private beach* and an amazing restaurant* overlooking the lake and pool. *With an additional per-day per-adult fee you will have access to the Clubhouse featuring a full-service restaurant and bar overlooking the lake, year round heated lakefront pool and hot tub, state of the art fitness center, spa, yoga and pilates studio, and the concierge adventure center. The property also includes a private 160-foot pier. There is free beach access without having to pay the clubhouse access fee, this part of the beach is to the right of the cabana private members only part of the beach.
The property includes gated security, underground parking with tesla charging stations, an elevator that opens directly into the lobby and additional secured storage for your beach and mountain equipment.

  The rental calendar looks to be full for the remaining 9 months of 2024, so this review is for the owner more than potential renters. We had a very nice stay at this multi-million dollar condo. The unit was clean, with most everything in good working order. The seat of one of the bar stools was cracked and some of the refillable soaps etc. needed attention. We contacted the property manager regarding some plumbing details, and they were very responsive and very helpful in person. This condo will be even better when construction on the remaining areas of the development is finished, and the road is repaired!
