  Second time staying this summer. Always a great time. The little cottages are perfect and the location is right in the middle of everything. We even got to hear the Kane Brown concert from our cottage. I love that I can bring my dog too! Will stay again!

  Cabin was reasonably clean and a littl like a vacation in the 1950s. Not quite as pictured but a value for money stay close to all the action in South Tahoe.

  The location is great to visit the casinos and the beach. Unfortunately it's a private beach so there's no real beach access. The cottage was easy to get to and had a parking spot. The floors were terrible dirty so had to wear shoes inside the entire time. It had a musty smell and the overall impression was it was a really old and run down building. The cottage didn't have ac and was hard to get outside air inside. The bed was old and run down and it had a memory foam topper that made you sleep so hot. It was hard to cool down. You have to bring your own shampoo but there were hand soap bars. We were hoping for a pleasant experience but it just felt cheap and dirty. The floors never get cleaned and your socks will be black from the dirt and grime all over the floors. Not sure why we had to pay so much for a cleaning fee when they don't even clean it. Overall it's just ok. Wanted to find a gem but it missed the mark.
