*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

An amazing Lakefront Cabin located near Cave rock and Zephyr Cove Nevada. Featuring a main house overlook the lake with 3 bedrooms, a very large deck with a BBQ, a hot tub with a view of the lake and a small sandy beach (water level depending). As you can see from the picture you have an amazing view of the lake from the main house and the deck. You will enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake and quiet mornings overlooking the lake.
The bedrooms are upstairs in the main house with a king bed in 2 rooms and two twins in the 3rd room. There is a full shared bathroom upstairs. There is also a full shared bathroom on the main floor along with the laundry room.
There are 2 very cozy cabins behind the main house. Cabin one has a queen bed with a mini kitchen and a full bathroom. Cabin two has a queen bed, a mini kitchen, a cozy sitting area and a full bathroom.

This house is just amazing! You will want to come back every year.
There is no garage at this house. Parking is in front of the gate to the house and you are only allowed 4 cars.
The fire pit is not available to use per fire department regulations.

  This is our second vacation at this property.
  We love the location, right on the water. Enough room for all. The toilet in one cabin did not flush, we called management and they showed up within a couple hours but plumber did not show up until after we left. Management compensated us for the lack of use of one toilet.
  The floors in the cabins were not cleaned. We used the vacuum cleaner and broom and cleaned it ourselves. WE did not report this to management. However, we pay a huge cleaning fee and someone should inspect the cabins before the next group comes in.
  Other than these 2 issues, we love the home. Very comfortable and what a view!

  Beautiful property right on the lake. Big enough for 10 people, the 2 cabins gave privacy for those who want to sleep in. Deck and outdoor hot tub was used everyday. Loved this rental.

  We rented this beautiful property with the hope of 4 couples of 40+ year friendships would have an amazing time. But sadly just before the trip one of friends died suddenly then the day before the trip another of the couple’s were evacuated from their home because of the mosquito fire . I called the property management company and asked under these tragic circumstances could we please reschedule. After our pleas we were offered a 25 percent refund. We felt this was uncaring. We were also told it was a beautiful day there . The few of us left decided we would still go when we got there the air was thick with smoke and hazardous one of the bathroom windows had been left open and there was ash all over the toilet and towels. I called the office again only to be told well I live in Tahoe and I’m having to stay in and deal with and repeated it was nice this morning . I just about lost it I said did you just pay $5,000 for a long weekend ! Then the icing on the cake was when I looked at the reviews any to see they had given someone a credit because they complained of ice on the deck. Are you kidding me this Tahoe ! I called again to complain and was told we utilized the property. Are you kidding I told them you backed us into a corner we couldn’t make use of the beach or hot tub we couldn’t open any windows and there is no air conditioning! Are cars were covered in ash . I understand there has to be policies in place but come now ! how sad is this and how heartbreaking. I don’t feel the owners of this amazing property would want to be represented by such a heartless company. Why couldn’t we just reschedule ? 💔

  We had a great time at a great location. The property is well-equipped and was clean and well-supplied.
  
  One drawback was the shower in one of the cabins was non-functioning. When I called and inquired about getting it repaired I was told that the plumbers in the area were booking two weeks out. I would hope it gets fixed as it was a bit of an inconvenience with the 8 adults that were lodging there.

  Great location for a family surprise reunion. The beach is great for kids, they loved it on a cold day and had a great time when it was warmer the next day. Would definitely stay here again.

  The property is amazing and right on the lake. I had my bridal shower here and stayed a week after my wedding with my family. I highly recommend it and after posting pictures on Facebook I received so many inquiries about where it was. The only improvement I would make is for the price of the property, I feel like the should include laundry soap to wash our clothes. There’s a washer and dryer and I would have also happily washed the towels we used. But those are minor details. Over all our stay was magical

  This beautiful house is located about 15-20 min from the borderline. It's a beautiful place to spend the weekend with family and friends. We enjoyed the hot tub and grill, and especially the views! Management was quick to reply and answered all of our questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to friends and family!
