Just minutes away from the area's hidden treasures and local hotspots, your stay promises to be an exquisite blend of adventure and relaxation.

**For a nominal daily guest fee, you can bask in the sun on our private beach, unwind in the soothing outdoor hot tub, or take a refreshing dip in the heated pool after a day filled with adventure. And that's not all—our locker room amenities are designed to pamper you, featuring a dry sauna and steam room that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. ~~~~~~~There is a **daily fee to access Tahoe Beach Club pool and hot tub area, gym, beach and kids zone. **The fee for adults is $30, and for children, it is $15. Holiday rates may apply. You may make dinner reservations without a daily usage fee. Pricing for the daily usage fee is charged by the Tahoe Beach Club.
This unit has AC, and central heating. Please note there is no fireplace in this unit.

There is no daily fee to access the restaurant or to book a spa day. And when it’s time to unwind, treat yourself to a luxurious massage at our spa, where rejuvenation awaits. There is also an incredible ***kids' zone, a vibrant haven brimming with an array of exhilarating games and activities designed to spark joy and creativity in children ages 5 and up ***Daily fees do apply for the kids zone. Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) at any time at the house.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

  It was a very pleasurable stay at the resort. The check in and out were seamless. So nice to park under the building. The heated floors were a wonderful touch. Comfort and modern appliances were a big bonus! Was unable to operate or use the fireplace, was the only real downside. The clubhouse is so incredibly nice, beautiful views, trails and the restaurant/bar were great! All staff were very accommodating! Highly recommend getting a facial at the spa!
