The living room offers a linear glass stone gas fireplace plus forced heat and air conditioning for full comfort in all seasons. The kitchen is a chef's delight that offers a full Viking appliance package including 48 range and refrigerator plus a walk-in pantry and laundry room. Plus top of the line small kitchen appliances such as a nespresso machine, regular drip style Cuisinart coffee maker, plenty of serving dishes, Ninja blender, Traeger smoker with pellets provided, wine and champagne glasses, crock pot, large turkey roasting pan... basically everything you would want or need to entertain and enjoy company. The alluring Cambria counter tops are accented with custom white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Just beyond this great room is a spacious deck that accesses an additional rooftop deck with sweet 360 degree views. The outdoor living area includes a Traeger smoker BBQ, lounge and views to enjoy the freshest outdoor experience.

You will have access to park in the garage. The house is located at 7644 feet above seal level and does get a lot of snow in the winter... you are just as high as Heavenly Ski Resort... please be aware of this and be prepared with chains and or 4 wheel drive in the winter. The county is responsible for the snow removal in the neighborhood and our company hires out the snow removal for the driveway.

Bedrooms:

On the main level of the home there is a nicely appointed master bedroom with a king bed and a twin size sleeper sofa, master suite with soaking tub, separate shower and large walk-in closet. The main level also has bedroom 2 with a bunk bed with 3 twin beds and a shared full bath in the hallway. On the lower level there are bedrooms 3 and 4 with queen beds, a shared full bath in the hallway, a spacious family media room, wet bar with a wine fridge. The home is covered with beautifully engineered hardwood floors and is situated on a fully fenced half acre lot.
You won't be disappointed staying this home and it ill be a trip to remember!

Occupancy Rules:

*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.

*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house.

*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00pm TO 7:00am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.

* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.

*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit.

*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

  Nice place to stay. Was clean and very bright. As past reviews describe, none of the blinds work and most are stuck open. It's strange that remote controls for the blinds are left for guests on nightstands and tables. There was also a decorative plaque displaying a WiFi name & password that doesn't work. Other than that, great location and enjoyed the night sky from the roof deck. Comfortable beds and well stocked. Thanks

  Just got back from a three day weekend with two other couples. The property was really nice, but is missing a few items that would make the property fully usable and is in need of repair. First, the positives. It’s in a great location, in the middle of the mountains with a trail head at the end of the street. The home is laid out well for couples or a family with children. Nice appliances and a fantastic kitchen. Unfortunately, the furniture is more for show and not very usable. There is an upper deck without any place to sit and it’s completely unusable. The back deck is smaller than the pictures show with only a couch to sit on. An easy fix would be to provide folding camp chairs or additional patio furniture. The blinds are electric and most of them were in-operable making for little privacy in bedrooms and glaring sun in the dining/living room. The house is in a neighborhood with other neighbors right next-door. Sparse furnishings throughout. It’s obvious that this home is meant to be a rental only.

  The house when you first pull up and enter looks amazing, but when you look at the details, very much a quickly put together rental.
  
  1. The sliding door on the 2nd floor as well as the sliding door on the 1st floor did not actually lock, while the mechanism moved, the door was still able to open.
  2. All the blinds are on separate remotes and only 2 of them worked in the entire house. The blinds either did not or close or open, but this was very frustrating as you had some blinds open and some closed and lacked privacy.
  3. The stovetop is great at first site (Viking brand), but only one burner works and you have to light that one and then light a match or something else to get the other burners working.
  4. Water pressure in all the bathrooms and shower is VERY low. Toilets also had to be flushed multiple times.
  5. There was only one paper towel roll for the entire house. They did have toilet paper.
  6. The outside has a grill and nice fireplace... there were two propane taknks, but no propane and we weren't able to use them as the stores had already closed by the time we arrived.
  7. One of the bed's downstairs was broken. The frame underneath was very wobbly and had been moved/broken.

  Our group very much enjoyed this property. It was clean and well designed for our group of 8. I would recommend others to stay here, and we would stay here again.
  
  However, I do think there are opportunities for improvement. For $800+ a night, the house is stocked VERY sparse. There was no shampoo or soap and only 1 roll of paper towels. Some sinks did not have hand soap. Some bedrooms (like triple bunk) did not a dresser, and there's a really cool rooftop area that has no furniture. The outdoor fire pit area did not appear to have working gas. Only kitchen staples are salt and pepper (no oil or anything else). Additionally, there is only 1 beach towel for the Lake.

  We had a nice stay at this home. Just a few things to need to be addressed.
  
  Viking Range/Oven - only 2 of the 6 burners work. They called an appliance repairman for us. He came out and said the unit purchased was not rated for the high altitude, and probably won't ever work. Unfortunately, we found this out while trying to cook a meal. We had flown in, so didn't have a fire starter on us.
  
  Need more seating in the Living Room. I 3 person couch is not sufficient for 10 people. The pictures show 2 additional chairs, which were not there. We found them in the garage.One was missing the cushion, but we brought the 2nd one up to the Living Room.
  
  Shower Drains - they don't drain. They both backed up to the curb line on our first shower. Called maintenance, and they came out and cleaned the drains. Unfortunately, they decided to just throw the old hair from the drain into the bathroom wastebaskets, and left it in full site.
  
  Automatic Blinds - at least half did not work. Couldn't lower them to block out the blinding sun in the living room in the afternoon.
  
  Even with these issues, I would stay here again. It is very well appointed with everything you need, especially in the kitchen.

  For how boujee the place looks it definitely lacked any extras, no spices or oil in the kitchen, shower gel was empty in the one bathroom that had it, no shampoo or conditioner, no downstairs heating (that we found it got warmer down there eventually). A super early checkout (10am) and semi late check in (4pm) but other than those things, it looks like the pictures. It has a smoker not a grill, which we didn’t realize. But the entirety of the place was nice and close to heavenly. So no huge complaints. Just make sure you have everything you need because they won’t have it.

    Thank you for booking with us. Per the contract you signed we do not supply any food items or shampoos or conditioners. The downstairs is the same heating that supplies the upstairs and it works when operated property. In the advertising is is very clear that we have a Traeger smoker with pellets provided. It is also very clear in the contract that you signed, and in the app that check in time is 4pm and check out is 10am. The house does have a fully and very nicely stocked luxury kitchen minus food items. We also have very nice bedding and towels. Other than your family, friends, food items, shampoos and lotions there is nothing else needed to enjoy this home. I would suggest reading advertising and contacts before sighing to avoid any confusion.

  Holly cow we loved this house!!!! Super luxury and really above and beyond what a normal vacation house is. We loved it and really had no plans to come back to the area for our next vacation, but this house changed our minds. Definitely coming back next summer!!!
