*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

You will fee right at home in this cozy 3 bedroom condo in Lake Village. The condo is very close to down town where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. You are also very close to the beaches on the Nevada side of the Lake, like Nevada Beach, Round Hill Pines and Zephyr Cove.

Every amenity in the home is brand-new as of July 2020... beds, linens, furniture, all kitchen items like plates, cups, knives, etc. The kitchen appliances are top of the line stainless steal Wolf appliances. The home is very well decorated and you will feel right at home!!

You will have access to the clubhouse where the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and more are located. Our company does not own or operate any of the amenities or anything to do with the Clubhouse; closures, out of order, or anything of the sort are out of our control.

The kitchen, dining area, living room, deck with BBQ and a half bathroom are located on the top, 3rd floor, of the condo. On the second floor is the bedroom 1, the master with a king bed and a private full bathroom. There is also bedroom 2 with a queen and bedroom 3 with a bunk of a twin on top and full on bottom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The loft in the pictures above the kitchen is off limits.

The ground floor, 1st floor, of the condo is the garage. You can access the house through the garage.

Parking is very limited, you will only fit one car in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. Do not block any part of the neighbors side of the driveway. There is no street parking as there is no room at all and it is against the HOA and county rules.

  Excellent location very close to S. Tahoe stateline. The house is very clean and well-maintained. Beds are very comfortable and spacious. Club facility is great. Love the jacuzzi but it can be crowded in the evening.

  The condo is in a great location and very nice. It was helpful to have access to the garage having our mountain bikes on the trip. We did reach out to the property management company on 3 occasions without any response. The fireplace didn't work and the batteries in the remotes were also dead. Loved the condo disappointed with the property management team.

  Several maintainence issues need to be addressed. Oven is very dirty, microwave needs to be repaired or replaced, light bulbs need to be replaced, bbq needs to be cleaned, deck needs to be shoveled, dining room chairs need to be leveled, directions for remote controls would be helpful.   We enjoyed this condo. It had a garage which is nice. There was plenty of room for our family of four. It could comfortably fit more. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable in the master and bunk beds. I didn’t have a chance to try the third bed. Extra pillows and blankets would have been nice. Also an umbrella would have been nice on the deck as the awning seemed to be broken. We had limited time outside to enjoy our tea in the morning before the sun chased us inside. We were surrounded by other condos, so the view was limited. There was a small space between the condos where you can enjoy the mountain feel from the deck. Overall it was a positive experience in a lovely condo in Lake Tahoe that is minutes from casinos, golf, ski runs, hiking.

  The place was okay, not exactly as nice as on the pictures. And during covid-19 I tried to reschedule our trip due to 1 of our family members were exposed to someone with COVID-19. This property management would not consider whatsoever to reschedule or change. They’re not flexible as far as rescheduling or giving you credit for whatever reason you may have, for us due to Covid-19. This was supposed to be fun but since our family couldn’t go, it was disappointing.
  
  Suggestions: If someone booked within 24 hours, there should be some sort of flexibility to change their minds.
  
  I will never book with them again.

We are glad that you got to enjoy the fresh air in Tahoe for a few nights minus the one person who stayed behind.

  Wow what an amazing time we had. Plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom it was amazing the toilet in the master bedroom was actually the most perfect thing they had never used anything like that before period The kitchen was filled in stocked with everything that you could ever imagine the stove and oven worked perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner We will definitely keep this property in mind for future times when we are in Tahoe. There was a lot of stairs but was will worth it.

  I have stayed at this unit twice in the past 3 months, once in late August, 2020 and again mid-October. I think overall it is a great place to stay, which is why I returned for my second visit. It's clean, modern, comfortable, easy to get to, quiet, and overall very nice. My suggestions to make it even nicer are as follows: Replace the oven mitts in the kitchen with something that does not react poorly to hot surfaces. Provide more than six place settings of dishes to correspond to the number of people that the unit can sleep. Add some rugs on both sides of the bed in the master bedroom. Replace the mattress in the master bedroom (it slopes to one side). Add a door between the master bedroom and the en suite bath. Add additional towel bars in the master bath. Add a comfortable side chair in the master bedroom. Add labels to the many, many audio-video remote control devices in the living room, and provide an instruction sheet for how to use them. Provide an instruction sheet on how to use the convection/microwave oven; it wasn't intuitive. Fix the track lighting (replace the bad bulbs?) in the living room so it doesn't flicker (it's really annoying). Fix the sun shade on the patio so it can be raised and lowered.
  
  Again, overall it is a great unit, but fixing a few of the minor details would be much appreciated.
