Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

This 4 bedroom condo is located in Lake Village, with in minutes of down town Lake Tahoe where there is plenty to do all year round. In the summer you can ride the gondola to the top of Heavenly for an amazing view, and with town minutes away you are also close to shopping and dining. Being centrally located you are very close to many beaches for summertime fun.

You enter into the 3 story home to the dining area, & kitchen that also has a TV for entertaining and a cozy fireplace. There is bedroom 1 with a queen and a full private bathroom. There is a shared half bathroom off of the dining area.

Above on the 2nd level is a big loft type living room that overlooks the dining area. There is a TV, sofa, shared full bathroom, bedroom 2 with 2 twin bunk beds, bedroom 3 with a queen.

On the 3rd floor is a game room with a bunk bed (twin/full), a sitting area with sofas, and bedroom 4 with a queen and a private full bathroom.

  My family had an amazing vacation at this property over 4th of July weekend. The unit is very spacious, even more so that the pictures show, and has multiple areas for socializing and sleeping. The location is extremely convenient and close to South Lake Tahoe, Zephyr Cove, Nevada Beach, and a variety of great hikes. There are several walking trails you can access directly from the unit, and we enjoyed these on many mornings. The clubhouse facilities were also a huge plus - my kids enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts and tennis courts. I highly recommend and plan on staying here again next year!

  The cabin was tired. Furniture was worn out, the chair in the living room is broken, coffee tables were wobbly. Housekeeping was not thorough, trash under dressers behind doors, kitchen utensils viably dirty, fans loaded with cob webs. Location also speaks of pool and outdoor courts all seasonal and not open during our stay. We even had to convince one of the employees at the clubhouse to let our kids use the playground one afternoon. Would have been nice to know that those things were all seasonal. Property management did not call me back until our departing day to day they would “look into the cleanliness” and never followed up. When you pay a $300 cleaning fee you would expect it to be at least clean all the other stuff was just unfortunate but definitely put a damper on our overall experience.

  Family of 7 stayed for 3 nights. Location was perfect! Close to town, close to stores. The overall feel of the house was comfortable, but there were NO frills. Beds were poor quality, couches were old and worn carpets old and stained. The breakers had to be reset 3 times which was slightly inconvenient. Overall the house was fine.

  We specifically asked the owner of cats had ever been in the home as my wife is highly allergic to cat dander. When we arrived one closet smelled of cat urine and one door had scratch marks on it from a cat or dog. We were told no animals had ever stayed on the property. We had to leave and stay in a hotel.

    This renter asked if there had ever been cats in the house, and as far as I know there has never been cats there. I do know that there have been a few service dogs that have been in the house. Out of the 8 people staying at the house two of the guest said they had to leave and get a hotel. We refund them 25% due to 25% of them not being able to stay there. We did everything we could to correct the problem.

  Lake Villge House was a nice experience. Arrived to a spacious 4 bedroom with a cozy fire place and roomy living spaces. All of my guests enjoyed their time there and it was just what we expected. We were able to cook, and spend quality time with eachother through our entire stay. We were even able to get in and out of our parking spot despite the crazy Tahoe snowstom. Definetly reccomend staying here!

  We booked when things were cheaper, thankfully, otherwise I probably wouldn’t recommend this place for over $250 a night. If you go during a heat wave there’s no AC. Upstairs was at least 90 degrees. Ceiling fans were a plus. Also the power on the second floor kept turning off so we had to continue to flip the breaker switches.
  
  No space for eating. We ended up getting our beach chairs and eating outside, which worked since the house was insanely hot. Not much natural light or windows since it’s a 4plex. Good for multiple families with the 3 levels but only two cars can park. Also the club house pool you can only have 6 people at a time, yet you can have 12 people in the rental. The pool was empty and this still wouldn’t let us use it.
  
  Ceiling fans are layered in dust. Might want to address that.
  
  Decent for the price and location was great. But would not pay what they are asking now or stay during the summer months again!

  We enjoyed our stay at Lake Village, it is in a convenient location to travel around the lake and a short distance to the casinos and Heavenly which has many restraunts and activities.
  The unit itself is 3 floors so our 2 families of 5 could easily spread out.
  Upon arrival at 4 PM, we found all of our towels still wet in the washer and dryer. We had to run the dryer a couple of times before they were all dry. Upon removing them from the dryer we found that we were only given 2 wash clothes and 1 hand towel for 10 guests. We called to request more, but it wasn't until the next evening that we received these. Be aware that this unit does not have air conditioning. This was our first trip to Tahoe and I am not familiar with the usual temperature of the area, but the days were hot for us. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, the kitchen did not have a ceiling fan and it would be quite hot.
  Be aware that currently the pool is only open to 4:30 PM. The pool is far from this unit. We had to drive to get to the pool.

  We stayed here with close friends and there was more than enough space. The location is really good and the facilities offer extra activities. Pickle Ball and Tennis courts are open and there's a great walking trail a few yards from this unit. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook for your family and the beds are very comfortable.

  This house was amazing. Loved the different levels for every family to have their own space. The lofts made it perfect for the kids to have a place to hangout while parents gathered on the main floor. Very clean and updated. The only downfall was down stairs is a little small for accommodating so many people. Office staff were pleasant. Check in was easy. Location was great
