Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

This 4 bedroom condo is located in Lake Village, with in minutes of down town Lake Tahoe where there is plenty to do all year round. In the summer you can ride the gondola to the top of Heavenly for an amazing view, and with town minutes away you are also close to shopping and dining. Being centrally located you are very close to many beaches for summertime fun.

You enter into the 3 story home to the dining area, & kitchen that also has a TV for entertaining and a cozy fireplace. There is bedroom 1 with a queen and a full private bathroom. There is a shared half bathroom off of the dining area.

Above on the 2nd level is a big loft type living room that overlooks the dining area. There is a TV, sofa, shared full bathroom, bedroom 2 with 2 twins, bedroom 3 with a queen.

On the 3rd floor is a game room with a foosball table, a sitting area with sofas, and bedroom 4 with a queen and a private full bathroom.

  Booked this in 2021 for a 2021 stay. Tahoe was on fire and neither VRBO or Property management company would do anything about it. WCP management said use it or lose it even though the skies were red with smoke and fire. The road into Tahoe was closed and I would to have gone 4 hours out of our way to make it there. I called again and asked them to reconsider they said no but offered me a "restocking fee" option. So either I use it and possibly die, lose the 1300 or they take a huge chunk of my money and give me a credit to use later. So I took the use it later option. When I booked the stay was for a smaller unit and cost way more. They then messed up with the charge and charged me extra after I left. I love Tahoe but I will NEVER EVER USER VRBO or WCP ever again.
  Again Stay and possibly Die, Lose all your money or we weasel our way into your pocket 2 times.

    This renter booked on 7/27/2021 for dates at the end of aug 2021, we did have the caldor fire and we gave this renter a credit to use within a year of the original stay dates. He then rebooked to stay for July 2022. We didn't weasel our way into his pocket and he used his credit for another stay a year later.

  The stay was good except when the smoke detector started going off and we could not reach it. I called the property management company and the said they would try to fix it. I told them it need to be fixed that day. Then to my surprise the guy on the phone told me to f off and hung up on me. Not very good service.

  We came to Lake Tahoe with our extended family to attend the Celebrity Golf Tournament. The rental was clean and comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Our only complaint was that the fridge/freezer didn’t seem cool enough to produce ice or keep our drinks cold.

  Our stay in Lake Tahoe with family (6 adults and two children aged 3 and 6) was wonderful. However, I cant say the same for our experience with World Class Property Management.
  
  Upon arrival at the townhouse, we found notices telling us the power was going to be shut off for two days for a "PLANNED" electrical transformer replacement. We were never informed of this by World Class Property Management prior to our arrival. The power was off for 4 hours the first day, and 8 hours the second day.
  
  Inconveniences included no light, no hot water to take showers with, no way to do laundry, no way to dry hair. No way to keep food fresh in the refrigerator, no ice, no way to get filtered water, no way to play the TV for two small children that needed an occasional distraction, and no way to use the microwave. This had a significant impact on our stay - especially with two young children.
  
  When we contacted World Class Property Management about this situation and asked for a partial refund for the inconveniences, instead of getting a "sorry for the inconveniences, what can we do to make it right", they responded with "Anything that caused the power to go out during your stay was out of our control. There will be no refund", and "per the contract, there are no refunds."
  
  While not under their control... according to the power company, this had been a "planned" outage announced several weeks ahead of time. We should have been informed so we could have selected a different property - or could have more adequately prepared for the outages.
  
  There are plenty of other properties to book in Lake Tahoe. My recommendation would be to find one that isn't managed by World Class Property Management. They are certainly not "world class."

  We had an amazing time just resting and playing in the snow. The home is a great place and had plenty of room. If you have elderly or handicapped it can be hard due to stairs.
  My only improvement feedback is that there were some repairs needed in the house (door knobs loose or falling off) as well as the place needing to be aired out due to strong food smell from previous renters.

  We stayed here with 6 of our children for an escape from the walls of our own home. The home was immaculate and yet not pretentious. I felt comfortable letting my kids be kids, and they really enjoyed the spaciousness of the three levels. The neighborhood complex was very quiet, and one strength of the location was opening the front door and seeing the forest. Great location to multiple family friendly spots in Tahoe. Highly recommend!

  The condo is in a great location!! Glad we picked this spot so we didn’t have to deal with too many icy roads. Everything was clean, check in was very easy, would definitely rent this one again!
