Occupancy Rules:
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. There is only sleeping for 6 in beds.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Newly remodeled November 2017, this cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath has a great view of the lake, perfect for catching a great sunset with the family. Close to town and Heavenly Ski Resort. You will have access to the outdoor community pool and hot tub.

You enter into the middle level of 3 levels. The entry level has the kitchen, dining area, living room, Big screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace and a view of the lake. There is a small balcony off the living room with a BBQ and a table.

Below the entry level, is level 1 with the master bedroom with a king bed, TV and an en-suite full bathroom and a view of the lake.

Level 3 above the kitchen has bedroom 2 with a queen bed, bedroom 3 with a queen bed, TV and a view of the lake. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway on this level.

Parking is very limited. The parking lot is unassigned for all units in the building. You may have 2 cars in the parking lot for this unit. There is no street parking/ no parking in-front of the unit as there is no room at all and it is against the HOA rules.

* Please note that WCPM does not operate the community pool and hot tub. We don't have control over any closures due to maintenance or operations.

** There is only sleeping for 6 people in beds. You may have up to 8 people in the house.

  We stayed in the condo for 4 nights during the Christmas. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Easy check-in and out. Good view and surrounding. Plenty snow around the condo and we walked through the slope where the condo was on and had a snowball fight with the kids. They enjoyed very much with the apartment.
  
  Just a few missing things to make the stay perfect.. The internet connection was pretty bad. I was told by the management it was an overall internet issue around that area and I used my hotspot to connect the TV and laptops. The other issue.. not related to the condo.. was that there were plenty dog poops around the the slop and parking areas. They were not on the main road but when we walked around the slope and quiet path, we needed to be very careful.

  We were so pleased with this beautiful townhouse! Less than a mile drive to the NV base and lift. About 15 minutes from the CA base and lift. 10
  Minutes from the area with dining and activities. View from the 3rd floor overlooking the lake were really nice. Townhouse itself was well maintained. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

  The staff gives utmost service- always available to answer questions, and even brought a coffee maker on the spot. This condo has AMAZING lake views from the balconies and I love how the bedrooms are on split floors because it felt big enough for my family. It was clean, very nice, and close enough to skiing (you will still drive to the lifts). We loved this condo and will stay here again when we come back to Tahoe!!!

  Family of 4 and our plus one super nanny. Quick mid week get a way from virtual learning and work for some fun! Plenty of room for us to spread out while still being together. House was updated and clean. Internet, televisions and fireplace all worked well. Intuitive without reading instructions. .Good kitchen for cooking. We brought food for one night and ordered out the other. We were unable to find decent food delivery - all fast food so we ordered pick up at chart house. Overpriced, bar food quality but accessible and filled us up. Over all wonderful experience. Loved being up the hill with great views. We planned this trip several months prior to the “blizzard warnings”. It was very quiet with very few people around or outdoors. Was concerned about snow plowing but relieved and pleasantly surprised by the frequency, especially back in the corner of the complex. Early morning pre snow plow sledding for our kids. Could see tight parking situation on weekends or if multiple cars for one unit. Looked as if some cars had been parked for awhile and didn’t move for the 3 days we were there. Would recommend especially for the price. Super pleased with our experience.

  The management staff for this rental was amazing. We had booked another property on VRBO that was way too small for my family of six, despite the ad saying it slept up to 10. We hopped online and found this place and reached out to see if it was available. The management staff responded immediately and we were in this rental within a few hours. While it isn’t stocked with as many amenities as I’m used to seeing (likely a precautionary measure due to COVID), the home is beautiful and well cleaned, and the floor plan was great- giving us extra space to spread out comfortably. A three- level home, each floor has an even better view of the lake and is minutes from town. Highly recommend, and very appreciative for this place for saving our trip!

  We LOVED the location of this condo! It's maybe 10 minutes from town.. There is a little store just down the road with everything ypu qould need in a pinch, plus a little eatery that is very popular. The only negative thing we had to say about this location is the parking situation wasn't ideal. Otherwise we will stay here again!

  The condo was perfect. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. The kitchen had all the necessities needed to cook a majority of our meals in the condo. The Location was a short 10 minute drive from downtown and literally within 40 minutes of several hiking spots. We stayed during the summer so accessibility to outdoor activities was important. The only negative is the smaller upstairs bedroom tended to be stuffy due to lack of air flow. Overall I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for something in the Tahoe area.

  If you prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe this is the place for you! Beautiful views, nicely appointed, and a great layout. The drive to the condo is a winding drive but worth it for the views. Parking is not reserved and at times there were no spots left forcing us to park in a precarious dirt lot. The unit could have been cleaner (crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and smears on the cabinets), but because of COVID I brought cleaning supplies and disinfected the surfaces when we arrived just to be safe. There were plenty of linens and new sponge and soaps were provided. My family of 5 had plenty of room and we enjoyed our time here. We would book it again!

  We were checked into a DIRTY cabin. We arrived around 8pm and we found the cabin uncleaned from the previous guests. Bed sheets and linens on the floor, pee on the bathroom floor and toilet seat, biohazard on the sheets and trash bins, and used kleenex on the floor, food in the fridge, and trash everywhere! Steve came to help us clean the place but we couldn’t go to bed until past 2am because we had to load the sheets to laundry. I don’t know if this is usual and your brand’s procedure but not a single thing was offered after what we had experienced! You may need to retrain Steve on how to communicate with your guests! He was very nice when making the reservation but when we had to talk about the issues of the place he became super disrespectful!

    You called us at 7pm desperately trying to find a house to stay in because you got scammed by a craigslist add. That scam had nothing to do with our company or any house that is in our inventory. The cabin you thought you had rented was a fake and you had no where to stay. We clearly told you the options that we had available for you at 8pm in your price range and you decided on a 3 bedroom that had not yet been cleaned as we just had a renter check out that morning and because we had no scheduled renter it was not ready. You agreed to take this at a discounted rate and would wait at the house with the cleaner as they cleaned. You then decided that the cleaner did not have to wait for the sheets to dry and that you would take care of them as it was getting very late. This is not something that we usually do (letting renters into a house that is not fully clean) and we did this as a favor for your family even after giving you the option of several other more expensive houses that were clean and ready. You also did not have to rent this house, we gave you the option to call other companies in town but you insisted that this house was the one you wanted to rent at 8pm at night.

  Our family and friends rent often in Tahoe, this condo by far is above and beyond great. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for prepping our meals and we found our-self not going out to dinner because it was more relaxing to stay in after a day of skiing. The condo was a minute drive to the lift for skiing, there was a shuttle but we decided to drive. The beds were new, and that was a huge plus. We loved relaxing in the living room and looking out over the lake (past a few other condos) but still amazing. We will absolutely come back to this condo on our next trip, it was 100 times better than any place we have stayed before. Yes I would recommend this condo or this company to anyone looking to stay in Tahoe.

    Thank you for staying with us. We are not sure what type of things you are referring to as "missing things". The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, plenty of serving dishes, plates, wine glasses etc..., there are plenty of towels, pillows etc. The internet in that entire area was slow over that weekend and is out of our control. We never did get a phone call from you asking for anything or to report anything that you had a concern about. This lovely condo is new and other renters before and after you have had a great experience.
